Brian and I met while working as new home sales reps for the same builder. We became friends by strategizing the best ways to market the challenging neighborhoods we were assigned. After his time as a sales rep, Brian worked as a general contractor, gaining valuable insights into the construction and renovation aspects of real estate. This experience has been invaluable in helping our buyers and sellers understand what repairs and structural issues might be potential concerns, ensuring our clients make informed decisions.

I hold a degree in Marketing from Clemson University, which has been instrumental in shaping our multifaceted marketing strategies at KB Fisher & Co. Leveraging my educational background, I ensure our listings stand out through high-quality video content, engaging social media campaigns, and a dedicated SEO team. Our professionally designed signage and branding elevate the presentation of our listings, while our strategic pricing approach ensures we meet market demands effectively. My professional marketing expertise allows us to reach the right buyers and achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
